We do not guarantee that digital products will be compatible with every system, device, software version, console setup, or individual workflow.

Digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered or files have been downloaded, except as stated in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

- Repackage the files as your own product
- Transfer the files to other individuals, companies, marketplaces, or file-sharing platforms

All digital products remain the intellectual property of BREECASA or the respective rights holder. Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

SECTION 8 - MA2-COMPATIBLE RESOURCES DISCLAIMER

Some digital products may be described as compatible with MA2-style lighting workflows or intended for use by lighting professionals.

BREECASA is an independent provider of digital lighting resources. Our digital preset resources are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially authorized by MA Lighting or any console manufacturer. All trademarks, product names, and brand names belong to their respective owners.

References to MA2, grandMA2, MA Lighting, or other third-party names are used only to describe compatibility, workflow context, or intended professional use.

SECTION 9 - CUSTOM SOLUTIONS AND PROJECT SUPPORT

We may provide information, recommendations, or support for custom event lighting solutions, product selection, or project-related inquiries.

Any custom solution, project quotation, sourcing request, or special order may be subject to separate terms, pricing, lead time, payment requirements, and cancellation conditions.

Custom products, special orders, or project-specific purchases may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once confirmed, produced, shipped, delivered, or otherwise processed.
