Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your physical item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original accessories, manuals, packaging, and proof of purchase. Products that have been installed, used for events, modified, damaged by misuse, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return.
To start a return, please contact us at support@breecasa.com. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions, including where to send the item. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or the wrong item being sent.
Digital Products
Digital products, including downloadable lighting preset resources, programming templates, digital files, tutorials, and other downloadable materials, are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered or the file has been downloaded.
If you experience a failed download, corrupted file, missing file, or access issue, please contact us at support@breecasa.com. We will help resolve the issue by providing support, replacing the file, or restoring access when appropriate.
Digital products may not be returned because they cannot be physically returned after delivery.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@breecasa.com with your order number and photos or videos showing the issue. We will evaluate the problem and work with you to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Digital downloads after access has been delivered
Custom or personalized products
Special-order products
Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged by misuse
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the eligible item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Order Cancellations
For physical products, cancellation requests must be made before the order has been shipped or processed for fulfillment. Once an order has been shipped, it may need to be handled as a return.
For digital products, cancellation is generally not available once access has been delivered or the download link has been provided.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If physical merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original accessories, manuals, packaging, and proof of purchase.
This 14-day cooling-off period generally does not apply to digital products once digital content has been delivered or downloaded with your consent.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
