This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased from BREECASA, including stage lighting equipment and related accessories.
Digital products, including downloadable lighting preset resources, programming templates, tutorials, and digital files, are delivered electronically and will not be shipped as physical items.
Order Processing
Physical product orders are usually processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation, depending on product availability, order volume, supplier processing time, and shipping arrangements.
If an item requires additional processing time, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Destinations
We may ship physical products to selected countries and regions where shipping service is available. Shipping availability, delivery time, and shipping cost may vary depending on the destination, product size, product weight, and carrier service.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order details, delivery destination, shipping method, product weight, and package size.

We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Digital Product Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically by download link, email, customer account access, or another digital delivery method.
No physical item will be shipped for digital products.
